CARRY ON FLOURISHING
It’s been a bit of a whirlwind adventure with our “flourish” series and we hope you’ve loved it as much as we have!
So far, we’ve covered:
How to flourish at home
How to boost your energy and motivation
How to prepare for meaningful action
How to take meaningful action
In order to maintain your flourishing master plan, you will need to schedule in all the tips and actions you’ve learnt on an ongoing basis. Try to schedule in tasks that enable you to achieve your goals, but will also boost your wellbeing and allow you to pursue your purpose, give your life meaning and help you feel happier.
Draw up a flourish calendar so that you can schedule ongoing actions and tasks that you have learnt from each week. Try committing to doing the following:
Devote 15 to 30 minutes to tidying every day to stay on top of the clutter/paperwork and to keep spaces clear and organised.
Schedule in early nights at least three times a week.
Create time to be grateful for what you have. Reminisce once a day on your happy moments.
Eat food which supports your health and energy.
Make the time to laugh – it’s the best medicine.
Make an appointment with yourself or loved ones to do some of the things that you loved when you were a child.
Remind yourself of your vision and intentions. Refer to your beautiful vision board on a regular basis and then take action
Find time for those that are important to you – regularly!
