Set goals that everyone can be passionate about
Salary can be a big motivator for employees, but having a cause to be passionate about can help increase job satisfaction and boost your chances of getting results. Set goals that will inspire passion in your team so that they can contribute to the overall bigger picture – their mindset will change and they’ll want to deliver results for you and your business, and not just to get their paycheck at the end of the month.
